Grey Nakfoor joined TCC in 2025 and serves as a financial analyst within the company’s Dallas Fort Worth Business Unit. In this role, Grey is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and originating ground-up development and value-add investment opportunities in the industrial sector. He is also engaged in constructing dynamic financial models, researching and analyzing market data, due diligence, marketing, leasing, producing investment packages, and capital structuring.
