Gus Avarello serves as a Senior Associate for the Los Angeles office of TCC. He focuses on multifamily opportunities within Greater Los Angeles for the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, High Street Residential. In his role, Avarello is responsible for all aspects of the multifamily development and investment processes, including identification of new opportunities, analysis / market research, due diligence, underwriting, leasing, and asset management.
Prior to joining TCC, Avarello worked as a Manager at KPMG in the real estate valuation and consulting group, where he valued over $8 billion of institutional-quality real estate located around the world (11 countries) and reviewed over $50 billion in real estate valuations to support external clients and KPMG Audit. During his time with KPMG, Avarello also completed a 22-month rotation with KPMG UK.
