Harry Fuller serves as Vice President for TCC’s Seattle office where he brings extensive knowledge in conceptual site plan and development evaluations, entitlement management, development procurement, and all facets of the design and construction process. Leveraging his experience within the construction and real estate development professions, Harry will be heavily involved in all phases of a project ranging from programming and design to securing entitlements through project closeout.
Harry brings more than 20 years of construction general contracting and real estate development management experience in both the private and public sectors. His projects include complex large scale mixed-use infill developments, multifamily residential, commercial office, retail, and higher-ed.
Prior to joining TCC, Harry held Development Manager positions at Unico Properties LLC, Lorig Associates, and University of Washington, successfully leading project teams with a combined value of over $400M in development budgets in multiple markets, including Seattle and Denver.
