Isabelle McGrath is an Associate with TCC MidAtlantic in Washington, D.C. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of the industrial development process, including site planning, market and feasibility analysis, financial modeling and underwriting, due diligence, design and value engineering, leasing, and disposition.
Before joining TCC, Isabelle spent four years at CBRE in Washington, D.C. She began on the research team before transitioning to the Financial Consulting Group, where she worked on financial modeling for occupier leasing. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University, with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
