Jackie Chapman serves as the Director of People for TCC where she is a strategic partner in developing workforce strategy; employee engagement; total rewards; diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI); employee relations; organizational change; talent management; recruiting; and employee retention.
Prior to joining TCC in 2022, Jackie served as Vice President of Human Resources for Sun Mar Management leading human resources operations for over 5000 employees across 30+ healthcare companies. With nearly 15 years in human resources experience, she has built human resource strategies across mid to large size growth companies in the automotive, healthcare and marketing industries.
