Associated Office
Jake Harris serves as Senior Associate for TCC's Denver office. He is responsible for the analysis and execution of multifamily and mixed-use development opportunities through TCC’s residential subsidiary, High Street Residential (HSR). These responsibilities include sourcing new opportunities, market research, due diligence, underwriting, leasing, asset management, and disposition in the Rocky Mountain Region.
Prior to joining TCC, Jake interned at American Realty Advisors, where he underwrote more than $300 million in ground-up development and existing product across all property types. Jake began his career as a Firefighter for the City of Los Angeles, where he served for nine years. Jake completed his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) at the University of Southern California.
