James Joyce is Senior Associate of Development & Investment for TCC’s Northeast office. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the development process for residential, industrial, and life science projects, including site planning, market analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, design engineering, and disposition. Prior to joining TCC, James worked in acquisitions at Clarion Partners, where he conducted underwriting and due diligence on investments spanning all property types and risk profiles across the Central U.S.
James began his career as an artillery officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, rising to the rank of captain. As a fire support officer, he led a specialized team on an overseas deployment. He later oversaw 60 Marines as commander of a howitzer platoon.
