Associated Office
James McKennon serves as a Senior Associate within TCC’s Los Angeles office. James supports the leadership team in the analysis and execution of commercial development and investment opportunities in Southern California. In his role, he is responsible for all aspects of the commercial development and investment processes, including identification of new opportunities, analysis / market research, due diligence, underwriting, leasing, and asset management.
James has a background in technology and investment banking. Prior to joining TCC, James spent four years as Director of Operations and Strategy with Solutionreach, a growth-stage technology company, where he played a key role in operationalizing company objectives and heading their finance function. During his time at Soltuionreach, James helped lead the company through an eight-figure capital raise and increased the company’s adj. EBITDA by over 9x.
