Jamie Bongard currently serves as a Project Coordinator for the Commercial/Office execution team. She is currently supporting over 750,000 sqft of office development in the Los Angeles area.
In this role she is responsible for managing project costs, including the interface and management of project invoicing/payment and contracts with our clients, capital partners, vendors and internal finance teams. She coordinates in conjunction with the architect, general contractor and consultants to ensure thoughtfully engineered developments both for our clients and the communities with which these projects inhabit.
Jamie is sought after for her ability to anticipate project needs and consistently produces quality deliverables for our clients.
