Jeff Nakashima serves as Vice President of Development Investment for TCC in Portland. He is focused on acquisition and development including sourcing, deal structuring, underwriting, debt and equity solicitation, and execution. Jeff also supports strategy, investment process management, and real estate due diligence. Prior to joining TCC, Jeff worked at Fortis Construction, Inc. (2015 - 2021) where he focused on data center construction for hyperscale clients.
