Jeff Richards serves as Senior Development Manager for TCC’s Seattle office, where he is responsible for underwriting the cost of development, securing entitlements and approvals, budgeting, design, and execution of development management. His extensive background in general contracting enables him to seamlessly bridge the gap between construction and development, providing a unique understanding of the needs and goals of capital partners, design professionals, and contractors.

Prior to joining TCC, Jeff served as a Senior Development Manager at Aegis Living, where he developed luxury assisted living communities. At Aegis, Jeff spearheaded design team and construction oversight, as well as program management with in-house operations and interior design.

Before Aegis, Jeff was a Project Manager at GLY Construction, where he was responsible for project management of two of Seattle’s landmark tech campuses: Expedia and Google. Jeff oversaw a large team for the build-out of the new Expedia Campus’s main entry and café building. At Google’s new campus, Jeff owned management of GLY’s self-perform structure across two buildings, including one mixed-use building incorporating Vulcan’s Mera Apartments rising above Lake Union, with Google commercial offices below.
