Jerry Johnson is a Senior Associate with TCC/HSR’s Phoenix office, where he focuses on conducting due diligence and financial modeling for new multifamily developments and acquisitions. His responsibilities include market analysis, creating investment committee packages, and fostering communication with both internal and external teams.
Jerry has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He brings expertise in real estate project management, portfolio management, and public infrastructure to the TCC/HSR team.
