Jessica Miller is an Analyst with TCC Germany, based in Düsseldorf, where she supports the Development Investment team throughout every stage of the investment lifecycle. She joined TCC in November 2025, bringing valuable experience across multiple real estate sectors.
Before joining TCC, Jessica worked as an Analyst in Asset Management at Principal Real Estate GmbH, focusing on retail assets. Earlier in her career, she gained hands-on experience in acquisitions and asset management within the logistics and light industrial sectors during her time at BEOS AG.
Jessica holds a specialized Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance, as well as a double degree in Business Law and Corporate Legal Consulting, providing her with a strong academic foundation for her role.
