As Vice President, Development Management with Trammell Crow Company, John is primarily focused on leading all aspects of the industrial development process including due diligence, entitlements, design, construction, and lease-up. John has more than 18 years of experience in industrial real estate development and construction in Southern California and Arizona.
Prior to joining TCC, John served as Vice President of Construction and Development at Prologis, where he developed 10 million square feet of build-to-suit projects for Fortune 500 clients in the Inland Empire, 3 million square feet of spec projects throughout Southern California and Arizona and more than $250,000,000 in infrastructure related to master plan projects. Previously, John held positions with Southern California development and constructions firms including: Construction Manager at Goodman; Assistant Project Manager Preconstruction Division at Millie and Severson; Business Development/ Estimator/ Project Manager at Fullmer Concrete Construction and Construction Project Manager at Powell Constructors General Engineering Contractor
