Associated Office
John McMahon is a Vice President in the Houston office of TCC. He will also assist with identifying, analyzing, and originating ground-up development and value-add investment opportunities in the office sector.
John previously worked as a Transactions Services Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, accumulating 3 years of experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, specifically helping clients with due diligence, valuation considerations, and business plan execution. Most recently, John worked at Watt Investment Partners where he was involved in financial modeling, market research, and underwriting for development and value add investments in office, multifamily, and mixed-use. During the past three years, John also founded an educational non-profit providing experiential learning and scholarships for high school students.
John received a double degree from Binghamton University in Mathematics and Economics and earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. During his time at UCLA, John served as President of the Entrepreneurship Leadership Development Program and was an active member of the Anderson Real Estate Association.
