Jon Amerson serves as Vice President in TCC’s Southern California office. He is responsible for sourcing, shaping, and executing industrial development and investment opportunities. Since joining TCC in 2016, Jon has directly managed or played a key role in developing over 3 million square feet throughout the region, representing over $1 billion in value for TCC and its capital partners. His experience spans multiple product types, including multifamily, office, and industrial. Jon leverages strong industry relationships and best-in-class market information to construct investment strategies, identify emerging trends, and create deal flow. Prior to relocating to Southern California, Jon was an intern in TCC’s Dallas office.
