Associated Office
Jon Amerson serves as a Vice President in TCC’s Southern California office, focusing on industrial investment and development throughout Southern California and Clark County, Nevada. He is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing new opportunities and manages the full development lifecycle, including design, entitlements, capitalization, leasing, and disposition. Since joining TCC in 2016, Jon has directly managed or played a key role in more than 3 million square feet of development across multiple product types, with a strong focus on industrial projects. His work represents more than $1 billion in stabilized value for TCC and its capital partners. He is a member of SIOR and NAIOP SoCal.
Before joining the Southern California team, Jon supported TCC’s Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer in Dallas, providing analytical support across the firm’s investment and operational platforms.
