Jordi Basurto serves as the Development Director for TCC in Spain, responsible for the firm’s developments throughout Spain, to ensure that all new projects are appropriate with high quality TCC standards and meet the needs agreed with our clients, occupiers and investors.
An international real estate specialist with over 25 years of experience, Jordi has been managing real estate operations, end-to-end, in Europe’s development leader BOUYGUES IMMOBILIER. He set up for the company the first subsidiary in Africa and first hospitality department in Europe. With his understanding of cultural differences and his technical and management education, Jordi has the ability to join different skilled professionals to meet the objectives of the project.
