Professional Experience
Josh Giddens joined the Trammell Crow Raleigh team in 2023, where he is an Associate. Josh is responsible for the finance and project underwriting functions for the local Raleigh team during the planning and execution phases of the development process. Duties include submitting funding requests and construction draw packages to owners and lenders, job cost tracking, budget variance analysis and forecasting.
Prior experience included accounting roles with Hines, JW Collection and Brady Ware & Company in Atlanta, Georgia.
