Katie Hillowe is a Senior Associate with TCC’s Phoenix office, where she focuses on conducting due diligence and financial modeling for new developments and acquisitions. Her responsibilities include market analysis, creating investment committee packages, and fostering communication with both internal and external teams.
Prior to TCC, she served as a Sales and Marketing Associate at Bozzuto Property Management and as a Closing Supervisor at a real estate law firm that represented lenders in both residential and commercial closings.
Katie has an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Real Estate & Urban Economic Studies from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
