Associated Office
Kirk Olsen is a Principal in TCC’s Portland office. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and executing industrial and commercial development and investment opportunities throughout the Greater Portland market. During his 25-year tenure in commercial real estate, Kirk has become proficient in new business generation, deal structuring, financial analysis, feasibility assessment, entitlements attainment, project capitalization, leasing, and asset sales.
Prior to joining TCC, Kirk was a Regional Partner with Dermody Properties. He has secured new development opportunities in multiple markets throughout the United States, including the Reno, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Chicago, Salt Lake City, and Central Pennsylvania markets. Kirk has been involved in real estate development projects totaling nearly $1 billion.
