Kyle Bateman

Kyle Bateman serves as a Vice President in the Houston office of TCC. In this role, Kyle is responsible for the site identification, market analysis, due diligence, underwriting, and execution of industrial real estate investments. Kyle was previously with the TCC Capital Markets Group where he worked on capital structuring and sourcing debt and equity for TCC development projects. Prior to joining TCC, Kyle worked as an associate on the Finance & Investments team at TRT Holdings in Dallas, Texas. During his time at TRT Holdings, Kyle was responsible for all areas of investment evaluation, financial modeling and analysis, and transactional due diligence. Over a five-year period, Kyle was involved in over 20 transactions across a wide range of industries including energy, financial services, real estate, and healthcare. Kyle holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Professional Accounting, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
