LeighAnne Daly serves as Vice President for TCC’s Northeast Metro office. In her role, LeighAnne oversees the development process including site evaluation, due diligence, budget preparation, project scheduling, permitting and entitlements, design team selection, contractor and consultant selection and project turnover. Prior to joining TCC, LeighAnne worked for Building Hope, a non-profit charter school developer, where she was responsible for financing, design, construction, project budget, project schedule and project delivery. Her most notable deliveries were Two Rivers Public Charter School and Richard Wright Public Charter School for Journalism and Media Arts.
