Lisa Sher is Trammell Crow Company’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. She is responsible for all legal affairs for Trammell Crow Company globally, including deal structure and risk mitigation for development and investment projects. Sher sits on the Company’s Investment and Executive Committees.
Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company, Sher was a partner in Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP's Real Estate Group in Philadelphia. During her 17-year tenure at Faegre Drinker, she focused primarily on commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financings, and workouts, and joint ventures, many of which were for Trammell Crow Company.
