Louis Rosenthal is Director, Global Development Research with CBRE’s Real Estate Investments (REI) business segment. In this role, Louis is responsible for analyzing macroeconomic, demographic, leasing and capital market trends to formulate market forecasts that will help shape the investment strategy and underwriting for TCC’s development projects in the U.S and Europe. He collaborates with local TCC teams to bring ground-up/bottom-up perspectives along with the top-down/house view process and apply them to the many opportunities and challenges in the development environment today.
Prior to joining the firm, Louis served as Director of Research and Analytics for Conti Capital, where he helped shape the firm’s investment portfolio through data-driven perspectives on market trends, potential risks and long-term opportunities. He also had prior research roles at Cushman & Wakefield, L&B Realty Advisors and Axiometrics/Realpage.
Based in Dallas, Louis reports to Shane Taylor, Head of Americas Research for CBRE Investment Management. Louis also has a matrix reporting line to Tommy Lee, CIO of TCC.
