Luca is a Senior Associate, Development Investment in the TCC UK Office Team, based in London. In this role, Luca is responsible for supporting senior team members with acquisition and development analysis, due diligence and project execution within the London and UK office markets.
He also oversees operator management across TCC's operational UK office portfolio and works with a variety of stakeholders to manage reporting and controls across our joint venture partnerships.
Prior to joining TCC, Luca worked at Avignon Capital, a pan-European real estate investment and asset management firm. In this role, Luca was responsible for a range of duties including deal origination, screening, financial modelling and asset management. Luca has also held roles at Schroders and Barclays.
