Associated Office

Luis Garcia serves as Vice President, Development Management within TCC’s Los Angeles office. Luis is responsible for managing the execution of commercial and multifamily development, including due diligence, entitlements, design development, and construction oversight.
Prior to joining TCC, Luis served as the lead Senior Project Manager at Webcor Builders where he delivered a 57-story residential tower in Downtown Los Angeles and as Project Manager at Lendlease where he oversaw the buyout, planning, and interior buildout of two 42-level condo towers in Los Angeles. Luis brings expertise across multiple sectors through his management of high-rise multifamily, healthcare, K-12 education, and office developments throughout Southern California.
