Associated Office
Madison Ward is a Vice President with Trammell Crow Company’s Atlanta office. In this role, Madison is responsible for sourcing and overseeing new industrial development opportunities throughout the Southeast.
Prior to joining TCC, Madison worked for PGIM, where she quickly progressed from an Investment Analyst to a Senior Investment Associate. Her responsibilities included leasing and building strategy, property valuation and underwriting, and dispositions. Prior to PGIM, she also held positions at KBC Advisors and Accenture. Madison is a native Atlantan and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology.
