Mafe Mazurski is a Senior Associate for TCC’s Northeast office. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of the industrial development process including site planning, market and feasibility analysis, financial modeling and underwriting, due diligence, design and value engineering, and leasing and disposition.
Prior to joining TCC, Mafe worked as a Development Associate at AvalonBay where she administered budgets for multifamily construction projects representing a total investment of $419M+, prepared request packages resulting in approved investments totaling $900M+ and supervised the successful pilot for a new multifamily community brand.
