Marie Archibald serves as a Vice President within TCC’s Austin office and of High Street Residential, TCC’s wholly-owned subsidiary specializing in the development of multifamily housing. In this role, Marie is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, market research, due diligence, financing, and execution of multifamily and mixed-use developments. During her time at TCC, Marie has been directly involved in completed and ongoing developments totaling over 2.0 million square feet, with total project costs in excess of $675M, including developing over 2,000 residential units for High Street Residential.
Marie began her career at Goldman Sachs & Co. as a part of the firm’s Corporate Derivatives team. Based in New York City, she served as an analyst developing customized derivative hedging solutions for financial institutions.
