Mark Rieker is Vice President of Development Management for TCC in Central Florida. In this role, Mark manages various development projects throughout the region, ensuring that the TCC quality of work is implemented throughout Florida.
Prior to joining TCC, Mark served as Principal/Owner of his own firm, Rieker & Associates and Riker Duley Construction. Throughout his career, Mark has successfully managed and delivered over $2 billion in projects, ranging in size from small tenant improvements to high-rise towers valued at over $50 million. Mark’s direct market experience includes projects in Healthcare, Logistics, Retail, Multifamily, Hotel/Hospitality, and more.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering & Construction Management from the University of Kansas and has engaged in continuing education and certification programs throughout his career.
