Marney Coleman serves as the Senior Sustainability Manager for Trammell Crow Company (TCC). In her role, Marney is focused on leveraging sustainability to drive value creation and risk mitigation for the investors, occupiers, and communities TCC serves. Her responsibilities are centered on integrating sustainability into design and construction across TCC product types through: analyzing physical climate risk on new sites; supporting embodied carbon measurement and reporting; incorporating renewable energy on projects when feasible; and investigating the procurement of lower-carbon materials, most notably concrete.
Prior to joining TCC, Marney completed a dual MBA and MS in Sustainability from the University of Michigan in 2023, where she focused on the intersection of sustainability and the built environment. She is a LEED AP (BD+C) and WELL AP.
