Matthew Priddy joined TCC in 2026 and serves as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Dallas-Fort Worth office. In this role, he focuses on site identification, market analysis, underwriting, and execution of office and mixed-use developments across North Texas. Matthew supports all phases of the development process, including due diligence, financial modeling, capital structuring, financing, leasing, disposition, and project management.
