Michael Nolte

Michael Nolte serves as Vice President, Development Management with TCC Germany. Based in Düsseldorf, Nolte is responsible for designing, budgeting, and managing the technical aspects of development deals, as well as coordinating contractors and project delivery partners.

A 25-year industry veteran and qualified civil engineer, Nolte joins TCC from his freelance endeavors, where he advised clients on the development of commercial properties, including multi-story business parks. Prior to that, he led the Development Management team at Prologis Germany, where he was responsible for the delivery of big box logistics developments across the region.
