Miguel Blanco serves as Senior Development Management for TCC Iberia, based in Madrid. He plays a key role in supporting the development process by managing the delivery of developments, including planning, design coordination, budgeting, quality, and execution. Miguel collaborates closely with stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth implementation and high-quality outcomes throughout all phases from pre-development to completion.
Prior to joining TCC, Miguel worked as a Project Manager at VGP across Spain and the UK. In this role, he was responsible for the technical management of new developments and acquisitions, overseeing projects through all stages of the development lifecycle - from planning and design to procurement and construction.
