Associated Office
Mike Chae serves as Senior Vice President in TCC’s Northern California market. In this role, he is responsible for development management and vertical construction for TCC’s Office and Life Science developments across Northern California. Prior to joining TCC, Mike served as Project Director at Nova Partners, where he was responsible for over 800,000 square feet of campus developments for clients in Northern and Southern California. Prior to his role at Nova Partners, Mike managed over 3.6 million square feet of campus developments and over one million square feet of ground up and interior improvements including life science, office, and retail.
As a professional in real estate development, Mike has extensive experience in development management, constructibility, and cost management. His attention to detail, track record of successful projects, and commitment to providing the highest level of service and expertise means managing the construction process, overseeing the budget, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Mike’s goal is to build long-lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to excellence. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
