Mona Nanda serves as Associate Asset Manager within TCC’s Phoenix market. Her duties include project financial oversight and reporting, project management, due diligence, financial analysis, marketing, and operations. Mona concentrates her efforts on the team’s multifamily projects developed through High Street Residential, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TCC, including underwriting opportunities, developing capital and management relationships, and assisting with the company’s entitlement, development, operations and exit strategies. She has been a part of the multifamily team since the inception of it’s first project in Phoenix.
