As Senior Development Manager with TCC, Morgan Bell is primarily focused on transit oriented development, entitlements and design management. As a former civil engineering consultant, Morgan provides engineering judgment and technical expertise across multiple product types.
Prior to joining TCC, Morgan served as Project Manager with KPFF Consulting Engineers Los Angeles for six years where she was instrumental in seeing projects through from entitlements to design to construction administration primarily focusing on transit oriented development, high rise residential and educational facilities. Morgan is known for her ability to gain consensus from multiple project stakeholders, municipalities, and utility purveyors. She has demonstrated ability in guiding design amongst consultants and becoming a trusted advisor to multiple clients and general contractors. Additionally, Morgan served as civil project manager on multiple TCC projects such as Vermont Corridor, Shatto Garage and District NoHo.
