Nancy Moses serves as Principal with Trammell Crow Company (TCC), where she leads the commercial practice and project execution for the firm’s Los Angeles operations. Nancy specializes in client management, helping users identify and implement real estate solutions for complex developments. From project master planning and entitlements through construction, Nancy is highly sought after by clients for her ability to drive user groups to decision-making consensus and convert that shared vision into a turnkey delivery.

Nancy is currently responsible for over $1 billion in real estate development projects across greater Los Angeles, with another $1 billion currently in the pipeline. She was recognized as a Commercial Property Executive ‘Star to Watch’ in 2020 and was named one of Real Estate Forum’s 2022 Women of Influence. Notable projects include, Vermont Corridor County Administration campus, District NoHo, MLK Medical Office Building, Engemann Student Health Center, and the USC Keck School of Medicine Soto Health Science Building.
