Nick Desatnick is Senior Associate of Development & Investment for TCC’s Northeast office. In this role, he is responsible for all aspect of the development process for residential, life science, and industrial projects, including site planning, market analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, design engineering, and disposition. Prior to joining TCC, Nick worked for Google in its Strategy and Operations group, where he helped craft the company’s annual marketing plan, contributed to its smart home strategy, and led workforce planning analysis.
He began his career as a consultant at Oliver Wyman where he advised companies in the transportation and consumer goods industries on market-sizing, supply chain management, and other strategic challenges.
