Associated Office
Nicole Wong serves as a Senior Associate within TCC’s Southern California office in San Diego and of High Street Residential, TCC’s subsidiary specializing in the development of multifamily housing. In this role, Nicole supports the leadership team in the analysis and execution of multifamily and commercial development and investment opportunities, including identification of new opportunities, market research, due diligence, underwriting, leasing, asset management, and preparation of investment summaries for presentation to internal investment committee and institutional investment partners.
Prior to joining TCC full-time, Nicole worked as an engineer at Parsons Corporation, working on roadway design throughout California and providing construction management services for the City of San Diego at the North City Pure Water Facility and Pump Station. Before joining Parsons, Nicole spent two years as a construction project engineer with Austin Commercial in Los Angeles, where she worked at the Tom Bradley International Terminal on the LAX Terminal Cores and Automated People Mover project. She holds a BS in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Construction from USC and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
