Olivia Mustachia serves as a Financial Analyst in the Houston office of Trammell Crow Company. In this role, Olivia supports the team’s efforts to source, underwrite, and capitalize new development opportunities, by performing market research, site analysis, and financial analysis, as well as assisting with the preparation of presentations, investment offerings, and marketing materials.
Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company, Olivia worked as an Intern at Lionstone Investments and Capital Commercial Investments. Olivia received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2024 from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.
