Associated Office
Patrick Sullivan serves as a Senior Associate for TCC’s Boston office. In this capacity, he works alongside capital partners, brokers, tenant representatives and prospective investors for the sourcing, analysis, and execution of new acquisitions and development projects within office, life science, and multifamily.
Patrick joined TCC in 2022 after completing his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management. Prior to business school, Patrick worked at AvalonBay Communities, where he focused on value-add multifamily projects and was responsible for overseeing the investment and execution of more than 1,200 apartment unit renovations and asset repositioning’s throughout New York and Boston. Prior to AvalonBay, Patrick worked as a Consultant at Deloitte in New York City.
Patrick earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University and his Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University –Kellogg School of Management.
