Peixi (pay-she) Yan serves as Senior Associate for TCC where she supports the leadership team in the analysis and execution of development and investment opportunities in Austin and Central Texas, including underwriting, financing, leasing, and disposition. Peixi began her career at Chevron where she held multiple project management roles on over $44B+ worth of major capital projects globally, including leading a team managing construction, commissioning, safety and environmental process of onshore and offshore projects. She later joined Sares Regis Group of Northern California as a project manager and led the development of a children’s science museum in San Mateo, California.
