Philip Tsui serves as Senior Vice President for TCC and is responsible for the execution of industrial development and investment activities for the Los Angeles office. In this role, Philip is responsible for managing the entire development process including sourcing, site analysis, land acquisition, due diligence, financial underwriting, project design, programming, construction management, leasing activities, and disposition. Philip has over four million square feet of development execution experience of industrial and office product.
