Roxana Garcia serves as a Senior Project Accountant in the Houston office of TCC. In this role, Roxana is responsible for draw preparation, cost variance analysis, lien release and insurance tracking, forecasting and coordination of all accounting aspects of each project through its completion. She is an accomplished leader in accounting with career expertise in manufacturing, consulting, and engineering firms. She has experience leading teams, collaborating across departments, and fostering relationships to manage concurrent projects that deliver proven results within deadlines, achieves KPIs, and help drive decision-making. Roxana holds an Executive Masters in Finance from SDA Bocconi School of Management and a Bachelors in History and Italian Studies from the University of Houston. She also received a Certificate for the Accountancy Program from Bauer College of Business, University of Houston.
