Ryan serves as Senior Vice President in TCC’s Northern California office. In this role, Ryan will be responsible for the sourcing and execution of development opportunities in the office and life science product sectors throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Ryan previously served as Principal at Four Corners Properties, where he was responsible for sourcing and managing new investments including over 500,000 square feet of life science development. Prior to Four Corners Properties, he assisted in managing and investing over $2.5 billion of real estate assets for Stanford Management Company. Ryan has also held positions with Westbrook Partners and JLL, where he was a Tenant Representation Specialist.
