Ryder McGough serves as Senior Development Manager for TCC within the firm’s Dallas-Fort Worth office. In this role, he is responsible for managing the building design and construction-related activities for the firm’s development projects. The DFW office specializes in a variety of product types, including multifamily, industrial, office, and mixed-use developments.
With nine years of experience in the industry managing over 3 million square feet of development valued at $500 million, Ryder joined TCC after serving as a Project Manager at a design-build developer and general contractor, where he managed the pre-construction and construction of luxury multifamily projects. Prior to that, Ryder worked with a large general contractor, gaining valuable experience across multiple sectors including mixed-use, office, industrial, and hospitality. Ryder is adept at overseeing the entire development process, including conceptual planning, scheduling, design, and construction management.
