As a Vice President with Trammell Crow Company, Sam is involved with various Life Science, Healthcare, and Senior Living development projects in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Sam is engaged in financial modeling, deal structuring, due diligence, leasing, and project reporting. Before joining the team, Sam worked in office development at WeWork and construction project management with Clark Construction.
