Stephen Krager serves as Senior Vice President, Development Management, within TCC’s Phoenix market and High Street Residential, TCC’s residential subsidiary. He has nearly 30 years of experience in architectural and development management. In this role, his responsibilities include oversight of the Phoenix Development Management team and review of all design and construction related activities for all Phoenix projects, both commercial and residential. Stephen is also actively involved in the evaluation of all pursuit projects undertaken by the Phoenix office. Stephen is a senior member of TCC’s Development Management Council, a national council that formulates policies and guidelines for best practices related to our Development Management business.
