Associated Office
As a Senior Development Manager Tanhia is responsible for due diligence, planning, design, and construction of industrial and office developments. She previously worked for TechnipFMC, where she was a Project Engineer working on the development of the new Gremp Campus at Generation Park, a project managed by TCC. She was responsible for the manufacturing and process flow design of workshops and warehouses. She also was on the team managing the procurement and installation of process and material handling equipment, and the move of employees and inventory from existing company facilities. Tanhia is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. She also has expertise in implementing and managing facilities management software systems, including databases, integrations, and reporting requirements.
